PROCEDURES OUTLINE
1. Every shipment must be pre-alerted to us in detail once the vessel has sailed and the cargo has been confirmed on board
2. Make sure to indicate interfreight antwerp as notify in the bill of lading.

3. All shipping documents must reach our office at least three days before arrival of the vessel.
4. For all the freight collect shipments, the invoices raised against us must
clearly define all charges in detail for the amount to be collected.
5. If you intend to ship hazardous cargoes, you MUST inform us in advance,
prior before effecting the shipment. The port regulations are very strict and some IMCO-goods can not be handled by us !
